TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the procurement process concerns the entire MSP services for the hiring of external staff for the municipality of Woerden, for positions from salary scale 9 and above. The services, broadly speaking, consist of organising the hiring and sourcing of professionals at strategic, tactical and operational level, including contract management and all associated activities, as also described in section 2.2 of the descriptive document. Based on recent years, it is expected that turnover will amount to approximately €10,000,000 per year in the coming years. Calculated over four years, this means total turnover of €40,000,000. The maximum value of the agreement is €60,000,000, excluding VAT.
