TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public procurement is to enter into an Agreement with a contracting party. This party must be able to fulfil the role of Managed Service Provider for Stark. By MSP, Stark means an external service provider that proactively monitors and optimises the availability and security of the ICT environment. This includes, for example, managing the Microsoft 365 tenant, support and backup/recovery. The scope of the assignment is based on the current service and is described indicatively on the basis of the existing usage. This includes, among other things, 120 end users, comprising 92 fixed workstations and 28 mobile workstations. In addition, there are 124 SCEPman/RADIUSaaS licences and other licences, including Microsoft 365 Business Premium (120), Microsoft Teams (120) and Microsoft Entra ID P1 (122).
