TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement aims to select one suitable service provider that Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland (LVNL) can independently support for the long term with the management, maintenance and further development of the Microsoft 365 Environment, including custom applications and collaboration environments, with an emphasis on ensuring continuity, quality and innovation. The selected service provider will deliver specialist support services for this, such as managed services (proactive, preventive and corrective management), knowledge sharing and further development, and will work closely with the internal application management team to keep the Microsoft 365 Environment future-proof, efficient and optimally aligned with the organization’s needs. The estimated contract value is €3,000,000 for Service 1 and Service 2. However, LVNL has no obligation to purchase Service 2 - Consultancy (further development).
