TENDER DESCRIPTION

LVNL wishes to select a suitable service provider that can support LVNL independently and for the long term with the management, maintenance and further development of the ServiceNow platform, including the modules based on it, scoped applications and integrations. The emphasis is on ensuring continuity, availability, quality, security and future-proofing of the platform. For this purpose, the service provider delivers specialist support services in the form of Managed Services for management and Consultancy for further development. The supplier is expected to act as a strategic and executing ServiceNow partner for LVNL. The supplier provides technical application management, supports lifecycle management and upgrades, performs configuration changes, advises on platform development and license usage, and supports LVNL with changes, expansions and implementation of new functionality.
