TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor provides and continuously operates the server infrastructure (production and staging servers) required for operating and scaling the website in a European, DSGVO-compliant cloud environment. - Provision of dedicated/virtual servers for the production and staging environment with sufficient sizing (CPU, RAM, storage, traffic) and a possibility to scale if needed - Data centre location in Germany/EU, full DSGVO compliance - 24/7 monitoring of the infrastructure, cloud firewall - 3-2-1 backup strategy including regular restore testing - TLS certificates (automated, e.g., Let"s Encrypt) and ongoing verification of the HTTP security headers - Execution of a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Article 28 DSGVO as a mandatory contractual component - The involvement of sub-processors must be regulated in the data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 DSGVO. Processing locations and changes in sub-processor processing must be stated transparently and handled according to the contractually defined approval and/or information mechanisms.
