TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor shall provide the server infrastructure (production and staging servers) required for operating and scaling the website in a European, DSGVO-compliant cloud environment and shall operate it continuously. - Provision of dedicated/virtual servers for the production and staging environment with sufficient sizing (CPU, RAM, storage, traffic) and the option to scale as needed - Data center location in Germany/EU, full DSGVO compliance - 24/7 monitoring of the infrastructure, cloud firewall - 3-2-1 backup strategy including regular restore testing - TLS certificates (automated, e.g. Let’s Encrypt) and ongoing checks of HTTP security headers - Conclusion of a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Article 28 GDPR as a mandatory contractual component - The use of sub-processors must be regulated in the DPA pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Processing locations and changes in sub-processing must be stated transparently and handled according to the contractually defined approval and information mechanisms.
