TENDER DESCRIPTION
Replacement of the existing Managed SOC Service Objective As its goal, the City of Neckarsulm seeks to seamlessly replace the existing Managed SOC Service. Continuous, professional monitoring of the defined IT infrastructure is to be ensured in order to detect cyber threats and security incidents at an early stage, analyze them, and initiate appropriate countermeasures. The specific functional, technical, and organizational requirements for the Managed SOC Service are listed in the appendix "Anlage_A_Leistungsverzeichnis.xlsx". The bidder is requested to state its fulfillment as well as the detailed solution concepts in the designated fields of the aforementioned appendix and to confirm them in a binding manner. Volume and term The term is fixed at 3 years, with an optional extension by one additional year after the expiry of the 3-year period. The total term is therefore a maximum of 4 years.
