The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of the following services “Car fleet management and operational leasing” in order to carry out properly the activities of the directorates within DEO. The services to be procured are as follows: Operational leasing services for vehicles rented under operational leasing, owned by the Supplier – Monthly leasing rate Fleet management services A. For vehicles rented under operational leasing, owned by the Supplier 1. RCA, CASCO 2. Vehicle registration, road tax (rovinieta) 3. Vehicle operations 4. Maintenance of vehicles – ITP 5. Tyres: tyre maintenance, replacement / punctures / seasonal change / storage / transport 6. Damage consultancy / franchise (Fransize) 7. Fleet monitoring via GPS B. For vehicles owned by the Beneficiary 1. Road tax (rovinieta) 2. Vehicle operations 3. Maintenance of vehicles – ITP 4.
