TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is management and consulting services for the consolidation and rehabilitation of UKMD for the contracting authority. The contracting authority initially wishes to have an examination of essential business areas and -processes in the primary, secondary and tertiary service areas for restructuring and consolidation potential, as well as for deriving measures and strategy and implementation planning, within the framework of an overall concept based on a flat-rate offer. On the basis of the results, individual projects are then to be coordinated with the contracting authority and implemented jointly with the contracting party on the basis of a framework agreement. With regard to the specific content of the services, reference is made to the specifications of the services.
