The subject matter of the contract comprises management and consulting services for the consolidation and rehabilitation of UKMD for the contracting authority. The contracting authority initially wishes the review of essential business areas and processes in the primary, secondary and tertiary service areas for restructuring and consolidation potential, as well as measures derivation and strategy and implementation planning within the framework of an overall concept based on a lump-sum offer. Based on the results, individual projects are then to be agreed with the contracting authority and implemented jointly with the contractor on the basis of a framework agreement.
