The subject of the contract is management and consulting services for the consolidation and rehabilitation of the UKMD for the contracting authority. The contracting authority initially wishes to review essential business areas and processes in the primary, secondary and tertiary service areas for restructuring and consolidation potential as well as deriving measures and strategy and implementation planning within the framework of an overall concept on the basis of a lump-sum tender. Based on the results, individual projects are then to be coordinated with the contracting authority and implemented jointly with the contractor on the basis of a framework agreement.
