The subject of this public contract is the purchase of 1 passenger car, in accordance with the technical conditions and requirements set out in Annexes No. 2 and 3 to this tender documentation. The contracting authority requires delivery of a new vehicle. A new vehicle is defined in accordance with Section 19 of Act No. 235/2004 on value added tax as a motor land vehicle with an engine displacement of more than 48 cm3 or with an output of more than 7.2 kW, provided that it was delivered within 6 months from the date of first putting into operation or that as of the date of delivery it has been driven fewer than 6000 km.
