The contract concerns the following services: Management mandate - Administration, management and monitoring of rental municipal buildings of the City of Colmar It is a unit price service contract. For each property managed under this contract, the contractor will receive management fees calculated by applying percentages detailed in the commitment act to the rent excluding charges. The contract services are not divided into lots. Dividing into lots would make the execution of services technically more difficult and financially more costly. Furthermore, the contracting authority wishes that the management and monitoring of rental municipal buildings be carried out by a single contractor so that the service delivery is consistent from one building to another.
