TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Bern Building Insurance (GVB) and the Canton of Bern are planning, under the project title "Sirius3," to construct a new, joint training and advanced training center for the Fire Department, Civil Protection and Cantonal Police. The task of the awardee is to actively, appropriately, and comprehensively communicate the Sirius3 training and advanced training center to internal stakeholders (members of the corps), external stakeholders and the public during a period of 5 years (framework contract) and to assist the project in obtaining approval in political affairs.
