TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this file is the contracting of the maintenance and conservation service for the CEJ gardens, which cover an area of 15.368 m2. The garden of the main access consists of lawn, a hedge that borders the boundary, and various species of shrubs and sub-shrubs, junipers and other types of trees which, together with the lawn area at the back, form a garden surface that requires specific care and attention to allow for its proper maintenance and conservation (pruning, re-seeding, phytosanitary treatments), in addition to fertilising and irrigation with the most convenient frequencies. For all these reasons, it is essential to contract a garden maintenance and conservation service to be carried out by qualified professionals.
