TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mänttä-Vilppula City requests your offer for snow clearance and de-icing of the yard areas of the properties in the Kolho built-up area in accordance with this request for tenders and the documents attached to it for three winter seasons for the period 2026-2029. The contract may be extended by two option years. The decision on the use of the option years will be made in spring 2029. The use of an option year requires the consent of both contracting parties. If the number of properties owned by the city changes, the contracting authority may change the scope of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to add or reduce maintenance targets in accordance with the contract, whereby the need for snow clearance and de-icing of the yard areas of the properties will either increase or decrease in relation to the calculated total amount of winter maintenance, however by no more than +/- 20%.
