TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Mänttä-Vilppula requests your offer for snow clearing and anti-icing measures for the yard areas of the properties in the built-up area of Mänttä, in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it, for three winter seasons for the period 2026–2029. The contract may be extended for one option year. The decision on the use of the option years will be made in spring 2029. The use of the option year must have the consent of both contracting parties. If there are changes in the number of properties owned by the city, the contracting authority may change the scope of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to add or reduce maintenance targets in accordance with the contract, whereby the need for snow clearing and anti-icing measures for the yard areas of the properties will either increase or decrease in relation to the calculated total quantity for winter maintenance, however by no more than +/- 20%.
