TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Mänttä-Vilppula City Facility Services is seeking framework agreement partners for the maintenance, repair, and leak inspections of large kitchen equipment and refrigeration devices. Three (3) suppliers offering the most economical prices will be selected as providers of maintenance and repair services for the machines and devices. Orders for maintenance and repair services will be placed in order of priority. Maintenance is first ordered from the 1st supplier in priority order. If the 1st supplier is unable to provide the service, the service will be purchased from the 2nd supplier, and if the 2nd supplier is also unable to provide the service, the order will be placed with the 3rd supplier, and so forth. Scheduled maintenance will be carried out with the chosen supplier according to agreed service packages, a separate maintenance manual, and the equipment list 1-2 times per year. Scheduled maintenance activities will be recorded in the maintenance logbook, and a sticker or separate maintenance tag indicating the maintenance date of each device will be attached to the equipment.
