TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot covers maintenance, upkeep, repair, troubleshooting and alteration works for break-in alarm and intrusion detection alarm systems to be carried out in the properties of the municipality of Mäntyharju and in other sites administered by the contracting authority. The works may include, for example, scheduled maintenance of central equipment, detectors, identifiers, alarm sounders, data transfer connections, devices related to access control, and other system components, inspections, testing, fault repairs, replacement of equipment and measures related to ensuring proper system operation. The works are carried out as separate assignments at sites indicated by the contracting authority. The assignments may include both planned maintenance works and urgent fault repairs. The scope, content and method of execution of assignments shall be defined on a case-by-case basis.
