TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the award is the provision of winter maintenance services in public footpath and pedestrian areas on the basis of the city’s winter maintenance plan and in accordance with instructions given by the contracting authority (CA). The contract is awarded in 12 lots. The regular winter maintenance season begins on 01.11.2026 and ends on 31.03.2027. An extension for the season from 01.11.2027 to 31.03.2028 may be commissioned optionally by the CA in accordance with the "Further Special Contractual Conditions", Clause 9.6. If necessary (e.g. due to weather conditions), the CA is entitled to extend the winter maintenance season day-by-day, up to a maximum of 30.04. of the following year.
