TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of winter maintenance services on public footpaths and pedestrian areas on the basis of the city’s winter maintenance plan and as instructed by the contracting authority (CA). The contract is awarded in 12 lots. The regular winter maintenance season begins on 01.11.2026 and ends on 31.03.2027. An extension for the season from 01.11.2027 to 31.03.2028 may, in accordance with the “Further Special Contractual Conditions”, clause 9.6, be ordered optionally by the CA. If necessary (e.g. due to weather conditions), the CA is entitled to extend the winter maintenance season on a day-by-day basis, up to a maximum of 30.04. of the following year.
