TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is the periodic maintenance of the main-stage stage machinery equipment (1 item) and their control systems of the Hungarian State Opera House. As requested by the contracting authority, at a time preliminarily agreed in writing with the successful tenderer, for 12 months from the date of signature of the contract, 12 times per year, in accordance with the provisions of the procurement technical description. The subject matter of the procurement also includes performing ad hoc repairs and eliminating malfunctions. The duration of the framework contract is 12 months or until the exhaustion of the framework amount of net HUF 85,000,000. The contracting authority undertakes a call-off obligation up to 70% of the framework amount.
