The contract duration is 6 months. The execution of the market begins on the date specified by a service order instructing to start the works.

Key milestones and phases include:

• The execution deadlines are defined by the provisional and detailed execution calendars.
• The detailed execution calendar is prepared by the contracting authority or its representative, outlining different works, their duration, and probable start dates.
• This detailed planning must include tasks for the works themselves, preparatory elements such as calculation notes, execution or site plans, material proposals, and their latest order dates.
• It must also integrate the necessary deadlines for testing and commissioning.
• The planning will also account for the requirements related to the activities of the hospital (CH).

The core scope of work for this tender, referred to as Lot 1, is the Renovation of the Central Boiler Room at the Cahors Hospital.

The main deliverables include:

• Removal of existing heating equipment, specifically two 1.6 MW pressurized gas boilers, one boiler burner, two boiler charge circulators, and the gas detection unit.
• Installation of two new 1.4 MW complete pressurized gas boilers, including safety accessories, control panels, GTC (Gestion Technique Centralisée - Centralized Technical Management) regulation equipment, commissioning, and parameterization.
• Supply and installation of a new modulating "mixed" and communicating burner, and the adaptation of an existing modulating burner to the new boiler, with control and replacement of worn parts.
• Adaptation of existing regulation equipment for boiler room control via GTC.
• Replacement of boiler charge circulators with two new variable speed monobloc units and adaptation of their bases.
• Adaptation of primary loop circulators, including the supply and installation of two new variable speed monobloc circulators and the addition of an energy meter on the primary circuit.
• Flue gas evacuation works, involving a calculation note for retaining the existing duct and providing adaptation pieces for connecting the new boilers to the existing flue.
• Complete replacement of the gas safety unit and detectors, including parameterization, commissioning, and integration with GTC.
• Creation of a standby tapping for a potential fourth boiler and a reserve for emergency pipe passages.
• Various associated works, such as the replacement of defective fittings and flanges, canalizations, insulation, measurement and control devices, labeling, electrical work, and extraction in the boiler room.

An optional component of the tender is the Hydraulic and Energy Optimization of the Secondary Heating Network. This option includes:

• Preliminary studies and surveys, encompassing visits, diagnostics, studies, calculation notes, and equipment dimensioning.
• Hydraulic optimization of substations (specifically A, E, F, and H), involving energy metering and the supply and installation of Belimo Energy Valve™ or equivalent.
• Optimization of Air Handling Units (AHUs) equipped with three-way valves, which includes studying and calculating diaphragms, supplying and installing bypass limitation diaphragms, and associated pipework and insulation.
• Integration with the SIEMENS GTC, covering electricity and automatisms.
• Commissioning and optimization, along with training and providing the Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés (DOE - As-Built Dossier).
• Provision of a complete balancing kit as a complementary service.
