TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the supplies: Multi-operator framework agreement for the supply of plumbing, heating and sanitary equipment. Comment: The purpose of this contract is the conclusion of a multi-operator framework agreement for the supply of equipment required for interventions by the technical service of the public-service housing company. The supplies include plumbing, sanitary and heating accessories and products. This is a public supply contract. The contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with a maximum of three operators, for a duration of four years. The call-off orders will be executed according to a cascade system. The successful bidder does not deliver all the supplies at once, but via split deliveries based on successive purchase orders, depending on the needs of the contracting authority, throughout the duration of the contract. The contract covers all products listed in the inventory attached AND in the tenderer’s catalogue, the items of which form part of the subject matter of this contract.
