TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Contractor meets the following needs: For Lot A – Expertise and Operational Maintenance (MCO): Expected work and types of missions: Lot A covers expertise services, operational support (MCO) in cybersecurity, and recurring activities of RTE's DSIT. The expected work from Contractors includes, but is not limited to: - Technical expertise and monitoring: Technical expertise on the various security components of RTE's IS (filtering solutions, PKI, security supervision, SIEM, etc.), Creation of technical diagrams and simplified technical files to describe or evolve existing architectures, Technological watch and analysis of developments in cybersecurity fields (solutions, threats, best practices). - RUN support and operational support: Handling ITSM tickets related to security engineering requests for RTE’s IS (examples: opening flows, connection to Active Directory, RPWAF connection, connection to Front-Office infrastructures, etc.), Contribution to handling change requests impacting IS security, Participation in maintaining security conditions of security solutions (inventory, configuration, rule adjustments, regular checks, etc.), Level 3 support for projects and operators on…
