TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation has been carried out in accordance with Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code dated 1 April 2019. This asbestos project management assistance contract (AMO) is intended to support PARTENORD HABITAT in the rehabilitation operation for 48 multi-family housing units located in Houplines, avenue Georges Baert. This is a technical assistance mission for the Contracting Authority in relation to the management of asbestos treatment, which cannot be equated with a project management (Maitrise d'œuvre) mission, an asbestos surveyor mission, or a technical inspector mission under the “Spinetta” law of 4 January 1978. The contract is a services contract concluded at a lump-sum price. The prices can be revised according to the terms and conditions set out in the AE-CCP. The services are the subject of a single phase. The estimated duration of 50 months stated in this notice includes and covers the study phase, the works phase, and the year of perfect completion guarantee.
