TENDER DESCRIPTION

Consultation conducted pursuant to Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Project management assistance contract concerning the management of asbestos treatment that cannot be equated with a Design Management mission, asbestos inspector or technical controller according to the Spinetta law of January 4, 1978. The contract includes a firm phase (studies) and an optional phase (works) and covers the 11 sections defined in the AE-CCP. The estimated duration of the contract is 36 months (considering that the optional phase is confirmed after the maximum confirmation period). The estimated start date for the execution of services is October 2026. Services will begin upon the order letter of mission 1 and end with the establishment of the minutes of acceptance of the removal of reservations if the optional phase is confirmed. The estimated start date for the execution of works: 1st quarter 2028. The estimated works budget is 11,209,000 euros excluding VAT. The works will be carried out in an occupied environment.
