TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns tenured and trainee agents, affiliated with CNRACL, and trainees and officers seconded from an administration of the State or the public hospital service or the local government service and who are in normal service activity, provided that Grenoble-Alpes Métropole effectively bears the statutory costs associated with the insured risks under this contract. Personnel IRCANTEC are excluded from this contract. The services are paid by lump-sum prices; they are determined using the formula specified in the tender dossier.
