TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract aims to appoint a Statutory Auditor (SA) for the legal certification of annual accounts, in application of articles L.821-40 and following and L.822-1 and following of the Commercial Code. The consultation covers six financial years (2026 to 2031). The requirement includes the annual legal mission of accounts certification and specific verifications provided by law as well as very occasional specific missions. The contract’s objective is to ensure the reliability and transparency of the financial information of an entity whose budget and total balance sheet will increase significantly up to the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games 2030, within a constrained accounts closing schedule. The contract is concluded in the form of a standard mixed-priced contract, including a fixed fee part and a unit price part applied to quantities actually executed.
