TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract aims to appoint a Statutory Auditor (SA) for the statutory certification of annual accounts, pursuant to Articles L.821-40 et seq. and L.822-1 et seq. of the Commercial Code. The consultation covers six financial years (2026 to 2031). The requirement includes the annual statutory mission of account certification, the specific verifications required by law, and very occasional specific missions. The purpose of the contract is to ensure the reliability and transparency of the financial information of an entity whose budget and total balance sheet will increase significantly up to the 2030 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, within a constrained accounts closing schedule. The contract is concluded as a standard mixed-price contract, comprising a fixed lump sum and a unit-price portion applied to the quantities actually executed.
