TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present consultation aims at carrying out design-build works within the framework of the thermal rehabilitation of 138 housing units, spread over a complex of 12 buildings constructed with 4 floors (R+4) on Rue Rouen in Mantes la Ville. This consultation is conducted using the competitive dialogue procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2124-5 and R. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code.
