TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the execution of design-build works, within the framework of the thermal rehabilitation of 138 housing units, distributed across a complex of 12 buildings constructed with 4 floors above ground on Rue Rouen in Mantes la Ville. This consultation is conducted according to the competitive dialogue procedure, pursuant to the provisions of articles R. 2124-5 and R. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code.
