TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is intended to award a design-build works contract. The procedure is restricted and takes place in 2 successive phases: - A candidate phase, at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit an offer will be selected, - A tender phase, at the end of which the contracting party will be chosen. In addition to sludge anaerobic digestion, the project includes implementation of: - Primary clarification and thickening of primary sludge, - Transfer of fats produced at the Traffeyère wastewater treatment plant site to anaerobic digestion, - A unit for receiving these fats from the Bourgoin Jallieu wastewater treatment plant for injection into anaerobic digestion, - A unit for biogas purification for injection of biomethane into the gas network. The contract includes an optional additional service that is mandatory if applicable: Dilaceration of thickened sludge. By way of indication, the expected contract notification period is scheduled for 04/01/2028.
