TENDER DESCRIPTION

Solideo Alpes 2030 provides the project owner’s management for the renovation operation of the Courchevel ski-jumping site, which is intended to host the events of the 2030 Winter Olympic Games. The operation must enable the technical, functional and sporting upgrading of the site for the needs of the Games, while ensuring the long-term viability and operability of the facilities in the legacy phase. This overall design-build contract therefore covers the design and execution of the renovation works for the existing site. The operation is characterized by the technical complexity and the multiplicity of the structures concerned, in a mountain environment with significant geotechnical constraints, access constraints and seasonal constraints, as well as by the integration of sporting facilities subject to international homologation requirements and a vertical transport facility.
