TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation concerns a design-build contract in order to entrust the contractor with a mission covering both the preparation of the studies and the execution of the works to replace the sports lighting in the main hall of the Accor Arena. The needs, functional requirements and constraints are defined in document PE01, functional programme of requirements. This consultation is a competitive dialogue procedure, as provided for in Articles R.2161-24 to R.2161-31 of the French Public Procurement Code (code de la commande publique), implemented for the purpose of awarding a design and build contract.
