TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation concerns a design-build contract in order to entrust the contractor with a mission covering both the preparation of the studies and the execution of replacement works for the sports lighting in the main hall of the Accor Arena. The needs, functional requirements, and constraints are defined in document PE01, programme fonctionnel des besoins. This consultation is a competitive dialogue procedure, as provided for by the provisions of Articles R.2161-24 to R.2161-31 of the French Public Procurement Code (code de la commande publique), implemented with a view to awarding a design and build contract.
