TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract covers the supply, implementation, integration and maintenance of an integrated information system called SI DESMA 2030 and associated equipment, covering the functional areas defined in the PFD, such as: - Management and sale of ticketing (shows/visits/activities) and associated products (donations, cancellation insurance, programmes, etc.) across all digital and physical sales channels, including associated payment and security modules, for all audiences of the OnP, - Management of tools for reception and ticket control staff on site, - Collection and consolidation of information in a data warehouse, - Provision, via ad hoc tools (APIs, Widgets, etc.) of this data: - to the customer knowledge platform of the CDP type associated with an automated relational marketing platform, - to the decision-making tool for the preparation of dashboard reports, - to another Opera or partner information system, notably the Web platform operadeparis.fr, - Integration of data and management functionalities for customer requests and complaints, - Management of data exchanges within and outside the SI DESMA 2030.
