TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract covers the supply, implementation, integration and maintenance of an integrated information system called SI DESMA 2030 and associated equipment, covering the functional areas defined in the PFD, such as: - The management and sale of ticketing (shows/visits/activities) and associated products (donations, cancellation insurance, programmes, etc.) on all digital and physical sales channels, including associated payment and security modules, for all publics of the OnP, - The management of tools for reception staff and ticketing control on site, - The collection and consolidation of information in a data warehouse, - The provision, via appropriate tools (API, Widgets, etc.) of this data: - for the customer knowledge platform of the CDP type associated with an automated relational marketing platform, - to the decision-making tool for preparing dashboard reporting, - to another Opera IS or partner, notably the Web platform operadeparis.fr - The integration of data and functionalities for managing customer requests and complaints, - The management of data exchanges intra and extra SI DESMA 2030.
