TENDER DESCRIPTION

The form of the contract is a single-award framework agreement with a minimum amount of €10,000,000 excluding tax and with a maximum amount of €40,000,000 excluding tax for the duration of the framework agreement. The services expected under this contract are: - Contract Management services and continuous regulatory monitoring adapted to the RATP scope - Intellectual services related to the catalogs of Cloud Service Providers (CSP): - Training; - Technical expertise services. - Support services regarding digital sovereignty: - analysis of regulatory compliance - data classification according to its level of sensitivity - assistance in choosing hosting environments - analyses of reversibility and portability. - Cloud infrastructure services offered by the CSPs and their partners: - Bare Metal (managed infrastructure at the CSP or at RATP) - Computing power (Virtual Machines - VMs, GPUs, CPUs, oCPUs…) - Networks and Firewall - Security services (granular access control, proven security protocols, DDoS protection, firewalls, data backups and restorations, encryption…) - Storage (files, objects, blocks, or…
