TENDER DESCRIPTION

The central kitchen of the Ecaussinnes Nursing Home ensures the preparation and distribution of meals to residents (in rooms or at the residence's restaurant), visitors and occasionally to staff members of the nursing home and beneficiaries of home-delivered meals, as well as for certain events specific to the C.P.A.S, in full compliance with the standards detailed in the technical specifications. The contracting authority intends to acquire the foodstuffs necessary for the preparation of daily meals for the 60 residents as well as a "catering" solution for home-delivered meals (reheated meals, bulk ready-to-eat). The contracting authority will be responsible for portioning the home-delivered meals. The contractor will offer services to effectively and concretely assist the contracting authority's kitchen at all stages of their catering activities. The purchase price of the foodstuffs will also include kitchen management services and the provision of software for managing meal production and orders.
