TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present collective consultation concerns: • the rental, installation and commissioning on networks (administrative and educational) of multifunction copiers, the supply and provisioning of consumables for printing devices (toner, staples, drum, and other consumables, excluding paper), • the automatic meter reading, • the preventive and corrective maintenance of the supplied printing systems, • training and ongoing support for users, aimed at optimizing the use of printing devices, • the provision and removal of containers intended for used cartridges and toners to the Establishments and Services, members of the Bartholdi Purchasing Group of Educational Institutions of the department - Alsace, whose list is attached to the consultation file.
