TENDER DESCRIPTION

This collective tender concerns: • the rental, installation and commissioning on the networks (administrative and educational) of multifunction copiers; the supply and provision of consumables for printing peripherals (toner, staples, drum, and other consumables, excluding paper), • automatic meter reading, • preventive and corrective maintenance of the supplied printing systems, • training and ongoing support for users, aimed at optimizing the use of printing peripherals, • the provision and removal of containers intended for used cartridges and toners to the Establishments and Services, members of the Bartholdi Purchasing Group for Educational Establishments of the department - Alsace, the list of which is attached to the consultation documents.
