TENDER DESCRIPTION
Operations include all control and routine maintenance interventions for the installations required to meet the obligation of results. The contractor shall ensure the proper functioning, continuity of service and energy performance of the installations. The production of hot water, chilled water, service water and a softened water circuit is provided by the City of Marseille (chilled water: 7/12 °C; hot water: 90/70 °C). The service is of type MF (lump-sum service). It includes the services for operating the installations and minor maintenance works of type P2. The contract covers the following services: - Operating the installation and minor maintenance works; - Annual preventive maintenance and replacement of equipment; - Air treatment; - On-call response and breakdown assistance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. These services are implemented for the comfort of occupants (offices, work areas), within the controlled conditions of the laboratories, and for the optimal preservation of artworks within the restoration workshop areas.
