TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement concerns the acquisition of operational, maintenance and extension services for video surveillance solutions. The Contractor provides and installs video surveillance equipment in the field (cameras, masts or any other support, electrical network, radio network if applicable, etc.), urban supervision centres (CSUs) and other centres (remote, recording, etc.), so-called professional systems (video supervision solutions, hypervisor, video wall, etc.) for extensions and is responsible for their technical operation and maintenance. This Market envisages preferential use of optical fiber as the transmission medium for streams coming from the Video Surveillance Sites to the Central Sites. The Nord - Pas-de-Calais Numérique Joint Syndicate is the contracting authority for this market. It acts as a purchasing centre, intermediary for the members of the purchasing centre for the conclusion, changes and overall monitoring of this market. Each member of the Purchasing Centre may use the services of this market, as contracting authority for its own needs.
