TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract’s purpose is a design management assignment for the redevelopment of the site in BAPAUME in the Pas-de-Calais region, including: 
 
 - Demolition of old buildings containing asbestos;
 - Energy renovation of a building;
 - Development of a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) parking area (PL);
 - Development of a Light Vehicles parking area (LV);
 - Management of the drinking water (AEP), rainwater (EP), wastewater (EU) networks of the concessionaires Enedis GRDF;
 - Construction of a wash station for HGVs (PL) with environmental management;
 - Construction of a Gasoil fuel station with social data management;
 - Refurbishment of boundary fences, installation of motorized gates;
