TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procedure with negotiation will be carried out in 2 phases: an APPLICATION phase, at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit a bid will be selected, and an BID phase during which the contracting authority will negotiate with the candidates admitted to present a bid. The lead partner of the grouping must obligatorily be an architect. The consultation is addressed to multidisciplinary design teams in the fields of: Architecture with complementary skills or support expected in the following fields: design of buildings in a tropical environment, acoustics, landscaping works, Construction economics, maintenance/renewal care/costing as a whole, demolition with/without asbestos including responsibility for waste treatment management, reuse, recycling in accordance with PEMD, Engineering: VRD, structure, HVAC (fluids), low voltage and SSI safety systems coordination, environmental quality of the built asset in accordance with recommendations on energy performance of buildings in Réunion, thermal studies, Scheduling, management and coordination of the works.
