TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procedure with negotiation will take place in 2 phases: an APPLICATION phase, at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit tenders will be selected, and a BID phase, during which the contracting authority will negotiate with the candidates admitted to submit a bid. The group’s lead partner is necessarily an architect. The consultation is aimed at multidisciplinary project management teams in the following areas: Architecture with complementary skills or expected support in the following areas: design of buildings in tropical environments, acoustics, landscaping arrangements, construction economics, maintenance/management/total cost, demolition with/without asbestos including management of waste processing, reuse, recycling according to PEMD, Engineering: VRD (utility networks), structure, HVAC/fluids, low voltage and SSI (fire safety system) coordination, environmental quality of the building in accordance with recommendations for energy performance of buildings in Réunion, thermal, scheduling, directing and coordinating the works.
