The details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are specified in the specifications. The services are paid by lump-sum prices. The consultation concerns the design studies of road infrastructure and various networks necessary for the access and servicing of the future Louis Domergue hospital site and the future Fire and Rescue Center (SIS), in the Desmarinières sector, within the territory of the municipality of La Trinité. The services are carried out on behalf of the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique (CTM), the main contracting authority. The Martinique Public Local Company for Development and Equipment (SPL MAE) acts as the representative of the contracting authority and representative of the contracting power, within the limits of the mandate agreement.
