TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the execution of a project management mission for the rehabilitation of the 174 housing units at the Pablo Picasso residence in Saint-Denis (93200). The elements of the mission are more precisely indicated in the program note. The project management services include the following elements: Diagnosis (DIAG), Preliminary design studies (APS), Final preliminary design studies (APD), Project studies (PRO), Assistance to the Contracting Authority for the awarding of the construction contract (ACT), Examination of the conformity of the execution studies to the project and their approval (VISA), Direction of contract execution (DET), Assistance to the Contracting Authority during the reception operations and throughout the perfect completion guarantee period (AOR). In addition to the previously described missions, a PEMD Diagnostic (Products, Materials, and Waste) must be carried out by the project manager, in accordance with regulatory obligations in force since 1 July 2023.
