TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the project management corresponding to the works to be carried out as part of the extension of the SILOE UDEP: - aiming to address the issues related to the protection of the receiving environment in a context of reduction in low-flow rate, - taking into account future treatment capacity needs (by 2035 and anticipating evolution for the needs at the 2050 horizon), - analyzing new discharge standards in consultation with State services and in application of DERU II, - proposing an overall vision of the solution for the 2050 horizon (preliminary design level). The extension of the SILOE UDEP S2 is the first phase of a more comprehensive project targeting 2050 (S3). This first phase consists of creating a new treatment unit (S2) on plots neighboring the existing UDEP (S1) to allow, at the scale of the existing UDEP and this extension, treatment of effluents expected by the 2035/2050 horizon. The second phase of works (outside the scope of this project management contract) will consist of rehabilitating the existing UDEP (S1) and creating new facilities on S2 and on other neighboring plots to treat all effluents received by 2050.
